physical flaws , He is easily tired because of his age
personal style , He's back in black! Yes, this Doctor went back to basics in his oufits that they echo the fashion sense of his earliest incarnations. Of course his outfit may echo his First and Second Incarnation, they are quite as nutty as his Fourth's fashion sense. His usual get-up would include a fedora(which is bigger in the inside mind you), a black wool coat, a white-button up shirt, a multi-colored vest, large clownish pinstriped trousers, no-nonsense black shoes, and a purple cravat to finish things off. He also dons tinted aviator glasses from time to time. He may seem overdressed at times, but the Doctor can also be seen wearing simply a black vest, his good old clownish trousers, a cravat, and his no nonsense shoes. As usual, the Doctor's pockets are transcendental in nature as they are bigger on the inside.

overall personality , There are a lot of faces that the Doctor has taken up. Eleven faces with Eleven distinct personalities and now after regenerating into the twelfth out of thirteen, this Doctor seems to be the cheeriest, most insane, and most care-free among all incarnations. Sure enough he harbors post-war guilt just like the Ninth, but he doesn't let it get in the way of living life as it is. Live and let live as he would say.
This Doctor was a complete change of pace from his predecessor (portrayed by Matt Smith). This Doctor was no uptight Harris Tweed outfitted Doctor, but rather a happy go-lucky Time Lord who shared distinct characteristics with all his previous incarnation.
Like his Second incarnation, this Doctor had almost childlike recklessness and the clownish behaviour of his Seventh incarnation with the upbeat wit of the Ninth Doctor. This positive personality masked his high intellect and post-war guilt and this facade works out for him quite nicely. This Doctor also inherited his Ninth incarnation's habit for insulting humans and use of profanity to a higher level. Unlike previous incarnations, this Doctor had perverted tendencies and uses sexual metaphors from time to time.
This Doctor also has the habits and quirks of the Fourth Doctor, who he shares his anti-authoritarian attitude and love for jelly babies. He also displays a lot of knowledge on pop culture just like this Tenth self and shared the Tenth's fascination and curiosity. This Doctor is also a master of piloting a TARDIS and unlike previous selves, he isn't a speed reader.
It would be interesting to note that the Twelfth has inherited the Sixth's arrogance, the Third's use of martial arts, the Seventh's cold manipulative streak, and the Eigth's childish antics. One could probably think of him as a darker version of the Fourth, yet more insane and kinder than the Tenth.
Another thing to note that that he and his sixth self were opposite sides of the same coin like the Fifth is to his Tenth self. Where both Sixth and Twelfth are arrogant and brilliant, the Twelfth is rather a deep mysterious individual compared to the more loud Sixth.
Despite all his flaws, he retains the wisdom and brilliance of his very first incarnation that his very outfit alone mirrors that of his First incarnation except for the trousers, which was inspired by the Second Doctor. Probably the most important trait this Doctor has is what he inherited from his Fifth self and that would be his human-ish traits. He may have fears of his own, but this Doctor has the courage and kindness of his Fifth self. He seems to be far human than his past selves were, albeit a mischievous and insane human for that matter.

history , Apparently, this Alternate Future Doctor shared the same history with the present Doctor. Of course not really exact, but they shared common incarnations in their respective pasts.
As we all know, the Tenth has continued to travel alone in the universe without a companion in tow, but it came to pass that the Doctor's destiny was once intertwined with the Master and all his previous companions as he was the Ninth and Tenth Doctor. He regenerated into his Eleventh self. Of course the Doctor had various adventures throughout time and space with different companions, among these were River Song and Amy Pond. Of course the details of how this Doctor regenerated into his current self was quite different from the one in this universe and this is how it happened.
Living as his Eleventh incarnation shorter than the Doctor of his universe, the Doctor renegenated when a certain misadventure of the Doctor lead him to meeting a new incarnation of the Master. This Master had manipulated the actions of several alien species that his allies waged war against different species that the Doctor was forced to fight another unwanted war. This was called the War of the Time Lords. With the Doctor leading the humans and old friends, the Draglians, against the Sycorax, Slitheen and their leader, the Master. In an attempt to save everyone he cared about, the Doctor was forced to sacrifice his life and regenerate into this newer, aggressive Doctor.
The war ended with the Doctor defeating the Master, but something far greater than the Master was bound to come. Something from the darkness was coming as foretold by the Ood. The danger was so great that the Master became a companion of the Doctor as their enemy were no other than the Eternals themselves.
The Eternals came back to this universe with the aim of becoming the new 'Time Lords' of this universe. And with Gallifrey out of the way, nothing seemed impossible for them. The Doctor and the Master tried to stop their enemies, but the Eternals managed to rip open a portal in time that destroyed the Time Lock in the Time War and created 'The Great Paradox'. Chaos, bloodshed and war spread across the galaxy with the Eternals destroying everything in existence. In a desperate attempt to salvage what was left of them, the Time Lords and Daleks formed an alliance to wipe out the Eternals. Everything was about to end when the Pantheon of Discord appeared and prevented the Doctor from destroying the Eternals.
The Pantheon of Discord froze the Doctor and his companions just in time for the last Eternal armada to escape into another galaxy where they can create havoc. Without the Eternals' power to maintain such a 'Paradox', the Doctor's universe began to collapse. In an attempt to survive and stop the Eternals from doing the same thing to another dimension, the Doctor has forced his way through the dimensions and managed to arrive in this dimension where another Doctor currently resides in. The thing is, the Eternals seem to have done something as events in this universe are bound to get chaotic. Facing the biggest challenge in his 2, 785 years of living, the Doctor would do his best to fix everything before its too late.

roleplay sample ,
A lone man stood in a dark room with a rather large portal in front of him. If a Time Lord was here, they'd call it something like the Untempered Schism. To a priest it was God's tool to oversee everything. To an Eternal, it's just a plain portal to anywhere in particular. But what made this portal so unique was that one can see the Time Vortex inside it. That wibbly wobbly path where TARDISes and other time travel devices go through to reach different points of time and space. No one dared to venture in there without any technological device. Only the Chronovores are the only ones said to survive the 'ravages' of time itself. But being neighbors with Chronovores and all might have given the Eternals the same protection that the timorous beasties enjoyed in order for them not to age rapidly in mere seconds.
Still, it was a feat never attempted throughout the ages. Not even one Eternal dare not travel through the Time Vortex for reasons lost in time. Probably it was part of the agreement between Time Lords and Eternals. Probably because the Eternals dare not anger the Chronovores. But all of those things were just assumptions and nothing else. The truth can never be revealed in any way possible as the Eternals were gone. Extinct one might say. If this universe lost the Time Lords, everything in reality lost the Eternals. Two great civilizations throughout time and space are now dead and done. What remains are nothing compared to those races, just mere lower species who never even heard of Time Lords or Eternals. What remains of both races are three things actually. The Guardian, the Doctor and his infamous TARDIS.
Like the Time Lords, the Eternals took up 'titles' for themselves that were their names of some sort. Unlike Time Lords, these titles were associated to their roles throughout time and space. There was Death, who was pretty much about death. There was his brother Peace, who loves peace and all that stuff. And then came the most unique of them all, the Guardian. The Guardian's job was literally being a guardian of everything, whether it be anywhere or anywhen. His job was to protect everything that the Pantheon of Discord loves and cherishes like the Cybermen for example or the Sontarans. But much like the infamous Doctor, the Guardian was some sort of a maverick and became some sort of a criminal amongst his kind. He was imprisoned for years and 'depowered', but he proved to be vital to winning skirmishes during the wars between the Eternals and the Universals. And much like the Doctor, the Guardian ended the war at the cost of his kind and his enemies. There may be some Eternals left in the galaxy, but their race is nothing but whispers in the air anymore. That was it, nothing.
With no one and nothing to come home to, the Guardian stood in front of the portal, thinking if he should go and meet the Doctor. It was funny that these two have never met before. They were similar in goals and in nature, yet these two heroes never met even once. Not even glimpsing one another or anything. But now that his people are not there to stop him and things in the galaxy becoming much more chaotic, the Guardian began to walk forward and enter the gigantic portal.
Great feathered wings appeared on Castiel's back and he flew right into the Time Vortex. The portal behind him closed and the Eternal had gone to no Eternal has gone before. The Guardian felt the ravages of time course through his body. Screams, shouts, anger, joy rushes through his torrent mind. A loud sound of drumming replaced those emotions and made the Guardian clutch his head. He felt the whole of time and space course through him. Everything that was, that is, and will ever be was burned into his eyes. Driven by agonizing pain, the Guardian flew through the Vortex, which disappeared around him afterwards. The Guardian looked in front of him and observed that he was somewhere on Earth and in front of him was the TARDIS. Flying towards the blue box, the Guardian yanked the doors open with his telekinesis. The moment he crashesdinto the floors of the TARDIS, the doors of the TARDIS closed and the Eternal gasped in pain as he felt the aftershocks of travelling through the Vortex.
When the pain subsided, the Eternal opened his eyes and his wings disappeared. He stood inside the spacious interior of the TARDIS and stood in awe of the beauty of this magnificent transport. The Guardian saw two figures in front of him. One was younger than the other and wore an outfit similar to that of the Eleventh Doctor. The Guardian dusted his overcoat and looked at the young man in front of him, "You must be the Doctor and I must say you're becoming younger and younger after each regeneration."
"You may wonder who I am and how I entered your TARDIS in the most impossible way," the Guardian said as he walked towards the Doctor. The Guardian stood in front of the duo and said in a serious tone, "I am the Guardian, the Last of the Eternals, and I am here to help you in your journeys to save the universe."

Note: This Doctor's TARDIS is seriously damaged as he went back through time to change things. What his TARDIS only can do is act as a spaceship spinning around in Earth's atmosphere. Aside from that, the TARDIS can only act as a scanner also. Other than that, it's useless until the problem with the Rift is solved or something)
