Inside the Tardis the Doctor and companions (depending on which doctor you want) land anywhere.They could land in the middle of camelot, Smallville anywhere with the mystery of danger surrounding it. While in NCIS Trouble seems to advertise itself quite a lot… They can handle it themselves.
All for any type of plot and general thing including that if there is a show you don’t see put it down in the ideas board it’s all in the fun.
