Hey! First off, welcome to SIT!
Ok, I have three characters lurking...
ROSE TYLER: we all know what she's like, and if they cross paths, it would probably be through Torchwood, she hangs there when she's bored XD But she'd not have anything against Nathan, probably be all annoying and mothery and sweet you know? has a habit of
HOLLIE: is a time agent. She's a drunk and a bitch, and they probably won't cross paths a great deal. But she has a tendency to be nasty when she meets new people.
ELIZABETH: is a medic at Torchwood. She's cheerful and a little sarcastic, but loves her job, and loves helping people, even if it has hardened her a little. She'll at least make an effort to get along with Nathan.

Thank you for the welcome and let's see if we can pull some of those lurkers out to play.
Rose - Right now, Nathan isn't too comfortable with Torchwood and rather avoid them but I could see her changing his mind on that. When it comes to her being all annoying and mothery, I can see him being like O____O; Umm.. you really don't have to do this. But we can have them bump into each other somewhere.
Hollie - I can see Nathan not getting along with her too well, might end up mouthing off and getting killed by her xD
Elizabeth - She could do the medical exam on Nathan when he gets brought in by Torchwood and finds out what he is and get all confused by where his DNA has come from. But I am sure he would try to get along with her at some point once he gets relaxed enough.

i also have ali whos with tw and sort of from the future
and walter who's a crazy unit doctor with a son and married
