RIGHT. SO. Theta-bear and I were roleplaying together when it struck me-! Another possible plot reason!
So remember (if you read his profile) that Ally escaped back through time from the Canadian Institute? (even if you didn't read that's what happened) Anyway. Ally is convinced that they're going to come back to get him because he's so valuable, and I was thinking -- what IF they really were trying to get back in time to get him and ROYALLY screwing it up? Like, messing with Space/Time in a way sorta like... the ... uhhhh... parallel world kids traveling through the void -- only they're MAKING a hole.
Maybe? XD It sounded WAY cooler in my head.
