Susan's new body is a bit older then her old body, which is a bit of a comfort to her(She had always had to make herself look older when she lived with David). Her hair is brown and a little bit wavy, she prefers to keep it long when she can help it, it grows quickly, so she could cut it as much as she wants. She likes to keep her hair down, although she will pull it into a ponytail at times.
Her size hasn't changed that much, although she is just a little bit taller then before. She is a bit more curvy, but that must just come with having an older body. She doesn't mind her new form, she finds it easier to find nicer clothes that fit this body then her old one. Her new eyes are a deep brown with naturally dark lashes, so now she doesn't need to worry about make-up(not that Susan wears any). Despite the age-up, Susan still has the look of a wide-eyed child, not to mention her almost-constant smiling, as if she had just seen something extremely amazing.
As for clothes, Susan now tries to wear more mature clothes, in order to make herself look more adult-like. This includes heels, short trench coats, and dresses in muted colors, among other things. However, she still misses the bright colors of the sixties and at times will wear clothes more appropriate to that era. She loves to wear Mary-janes with knee-high socks, she also enjoys wearing long flowing dresses, ones that drape over her knees and wave freely in the slightest breeze.

Susan is a very immature individual for someone her age(or at least, someone trying to pose as a Twenty-something Human). She has a habit of relying on other far too often, sometimes even getting help from those who should not otherwise be trusted. This leads her to occasionally getting into very bad situations, such as getting kidnapped. Although, she has been getting better with her maturity since the Doctor left her, but she still has a long way to go.
Being a Time Lady, it's not surprising Susan is a genius. She prefers Physics and Biology in particular. She loves Earth, something she inherited from the Doctor, her favorite eras being the sixties and her favorite continent is Europe, although Asia and North America are close behind it. Dancing is a fun hobby for her, but only if pop or Hawaiian music is playing. Other from her odd little 'quirks'(taking apart toasters, forgetting how much a pound is worth, etc...) Susan acts (more or less) like your average teenager.
Despite all her intellect, Susan has a bad problem with staying calm. At the slightest sense of danger, she'll begin to lose her cool, sometimes even cry and scream. This was an even bigger issue in her previous incarnation(like when they lost the Doctor back in prehistoric times), but now that Susan is beginning to mature she's been able to control it somewhat. However, old habits die hard, and she is still easily scared most of the time.
In this new incarnation, Susan is very caring towards her friends and will do her best to take care of them. When they get into trouble, she tries her best to hide her fear and make sure they are safe. Sometimes even her friends in danger cannot completely keep her from getting scared, but she tries hard to make sure she doesn't show it. She may not be strong enough to defend her friends physically, but she is smart enough to keep them safe most of the time.

Susan was born on Gallifrey, on a Loom like many children at her time were. She had an average life, playing with her cousins and learning about the universe and how it worked. She proved to be an intelligent child and according to her parents, destined to be a student of the Time Lord academy.
She spent about ten years in the Academy(where she turned out to be a natural in Physics), when suddenly she disappeared. At least, this is what the Council says. In truth she had found her grandfather, the Doctor, and helped him escape from Gallifrey(to this day, she still does not know why he had to leave, only that it was very important.).
After that, the two traveled through time and space together, occasionally getting into trouble along the way. One day, they landed in England around the 1960's, where their Tardis broke down and needed repairs. While the Doctor fixed the time machine, Susan enrolled in the local school, Coal Hill School. Five months into their stay, two of the teacher became suspicious of her and followed her one day to her home, the junk yard where the Tardis had been parked(and where Susan had gotten her surname 'Foreman'). This caused a series of adventures for the four, from the Aztecs to the Daleks.
On one adventure, they ended up in the 22nd century, where Daleks had taken over Earth. This is where Susan met a man by the name of David Campbell, a freedom fighter. She loved him, but felt that staying with her Grandfather was more important. The doctor did not seem to agree with her, he felt that Susan was old enough to have her own life. So, he left her behind with David and went off to have more adventures without her.
Susan was heartbroken, but she stayed with David and helped him to rebuild Earth from the ruins the Daleks had turned it into. They both decided not to marry, Susan didn't like the idea of marriage, it felt too final to her. They also chose not to have children, it was impossible for them anyway, and She wasn't sure she could handle raising a child.
Years pasted and there was no sign of the Doctor returning. Susan had to begin to wear heavy makeup, in order to fake the process of aging. She was still happy with David, but she began to get the feeling that it wouldn't last much longer. Just around this time, she disappeared again, this time back to Gallifrey. After ages of running through mirrored corridors, she found the one face she had been dying to see, the Doctor's. The two managed to escape, but only to find that they were playing the Game of Rassilon, along with three other incarnations of the Doctor and a few human friends.
Sadly, it did not last long, the Time Scoop took her back to the 22nd century before she could even say goodbye. More years went by and Susan began to resign herself to her fate. This was about the time, about fifteen years after the Doctor abandoned her, that she got into an accident. She had been driving alone along one of the newly-build highways, she had always been rubbish with driving, when she lost control of the vehicle and rammed it into a wall on one side of the road. The car had sustained most of the damage, but the injuries Susan had gotten would have left a human dead of blood loss within hours. This caused her first regeneration, into someone a bit more mature and capable of taking care of herself.
She wasn't sure how she would explain her change to David without scaring him, so she followed her natural instincts and ran away, without money or clothes. Susan managed to create a new identity as Susan English, a History Teacher, and used her memories of her travels(and her Time Lord knowledge) to teach her class about Earth's history. Ten years of her life were spent like this, when one March while passing through Cardiff on holiday she went through a fainting spell and passed out in her hotel room, only to wake up in the middle of a busy London square, something her London certainly didn't have. She imminently went to a newsstand and grabbed a paper from the stack.
It was 2009, she was in the 21st century!
She has no idea why she's traveled so many years into the past, but she has decided to make the best of it. Who knows, maybe she'll find the Doctor! Either way, she hopes to live a new life of adventure in this strange time.
