height , 5ft 10 in
weight , 68
tattoos and piercings , None.
distinguishing features , The smile, the eyes and the voice. Memorable and hypnotising. The smile has charmed a million or more, they eyes have made thousands fall under his thrall.
physical flaws , Since being reborn, The Master has a white scar on his chest from the bullet and he tires easily and is not physically very strong. His regeneration wasn't perfect either, there is a fainter patch in his left eyebrow and his neck grinds when he rolls his head around.
personal style , The Master's style is simple, black and white. He is always in a suit and tie, rarely ever is the top button undone and the tie any looser than choking point. In cold weather he also dons a black coat with red silk lining and black leather gloves. Always in his coat pocket is his laser screwdriver, newly designed with upgraded features since the year that never was. His shoes are black dress shoes, polished to a reflective sheen. He is always clean shaven and has short cropped hair presenting to clean-cut politician or businessman that he presents himself as.
He expresses himself in a rather childish, over dramatic way. Loving to be the centre of attention, he often exaggerates and uses strange euphemisms to express himself. He loves quoting human literature, if but to make fun of them. Aside from his childishness, he comes across as charming, polished and very British. He is the cliché psychopath, charming and smooth, but murderous and obsessive underneath.

overall personality , The Master used to have quite an evil presence. People would fear him form the outset. His smooth looks were equally matched by his smooth personality. Since the time war, that has all changed. Yet, within his personality, touches of the old Master remain. Firstly, his obsession with control and his hypnotic voice. His still retains his charming persona, willing to flatter and charm his way out of anything and into command.
The Master is now more split personality than ever. Taking after the Doctor with this regeneration, he is childish and delights in drama and murder as a child delights in toys or sweets. He loves music and often dances and sings along, particularly to the Scissor Sisters and Rogue Traders. He is more psychopathic than ever, feeling no regret, no remorse and fears people trying to forgive him. He can never bring himself to kill himself or The Doctor, a key sign of a psychopath is his undying obsession with his old friend, now arch-enemy.
He is an expert at hypnotism and delights in taking over people's minds, bending them to his will. He is highly intelligent, impulsive and in many aspects, larger than life. He exaggerates and is highly egotistical, almost always killing anyone who tries to burst his bubble. He plays with people's minds and emotions, particularly enjoying doing so with the Doctor and his companions. Deep down inside, he just wants the Doctor to himself, like he used to have back at the academy, but he would never admit this to anyone, ever, lest it show his weakness.

father , Unknown Timelord
mother , Unknown Timelady

history , The Master grew up on Gallifrey, well before the Time War. As a child he was named Koschie, and was good friends with Theta Sigma (The Doctor) and Ushas (The Rani). He also was a part of the group of Novices known as The Deca. He grew up in the citadel and lived a very average childhood considering who he would become.
At the age of 8, The Master faced the Time Vortex, as was customary. The Time Vortex inspires some, causes some to run away and drives other insane. Many Time Lord children turned away, but not Koschie. He refused to give in and it drove him insane and from then on he heard a constant drumming...a call to war. It whispered to him constantly and kept him awake at night. Always drumming, never ceasing, never changing.
During his time at the academy, Koschei was bullied. That was how he met Theta and became friends with the younger novice. They shared a room and were very close. Despite being bullied, Koschei was also a womaniser, something he carried through to adulthood and through to The Master.
Koschei was a brilliant student and graduated from the academy and was granted his own TARDIS. Theta barely scraped through a pass on his second attempt and wasn't granted his own TARDIS, stealing one instead. The council decided to send another timelord after Theta to try and reason with him, they chose to send Koschei.
Koschei caught up with Theta when Theta had become The Doctor and was in his second regeneration. Koschei attempted to reason with The Doctor, but his companion was shot and killed. Unknown to Koschei, his companion was a timelady and would regenerate, so Koschei built a time-based weapon and destroyed a planet. When he discovers his companion was sent to spy on him and that he destroyed a planet for nothing, Koschei lets the drums win. He resolves to become Master of everything and sets about attempting to destroy the universe. The Doctor alters the weapon and The Master is trapped in a black hole.
After escaping from the black hole, The Master had lost his sanity, swearing to have revenge on The Doctor. Of course, deep within, he just wanted The Doctor to be his and his alone, to fight across the stars with him and no one intervening. He tracked the Doctor down to Earth and began fighting him and UNIT. Each time he was bested by the Doctor, despite calling upon numerous powers including daemons.
Eventually, The Master vanished for a number of years and he regenerated into his 13th body. Out of regenerations and desperate to live despite his decaying body, he tricked the Doctor to coming to Gallifrey and assassinated the president, framing his best friend and greatest enemy. He was thwarted again and faked his own death, only to fly off again in his TARDIS, still planning on how to continue on living, determined not to die and to get revenge on his old friend.
In another battle with the Doctor, The Master finally claimed a new body of a Trakenite by the name of Tremas. Tremas' daughter became one of the Doctor's companions, Nyssa. He continued to meet up with the Doctor on many occasions, fighting him and his allies in every way imaginable. Each time, The Doctor defeated him. However, he did manage to force the Doctor into regeneration, almost killing him. In an ironic twist of fate, the image of The Master gloating over The Doctor's demise saved The Master's greatest enemy from death numerous times. In a final effort to kill him, The Master fought the Doctor on a dying planet but was left trapped on it by the Doctor as it exploded.
After escaping the planet alive he was captured by the Timelords and placed on trial for his crimes on Skaro. he was found guilty and executed. His final request was that The Doctor was to take his remains back to Gallifrey. However, he was still alive and possessed the body of a human and attempted to steal the Doctor regenerations and destroy Earth with the Eye of Harmony. The Doctor managed to stop him and kill him, The Master falling to his death into the Eye of Harmony.
During the Time War the High Council decided that The Master would make a good fighter against the Daleks and was resurrected with a new set of regenerations to serve on the front lines. He fought for the Timelords but didn't stop plotting. When the Daleks took the Cruciform he fled, frightened of death and the Daleks, using a Chameleon Arch to hide as a human at the end of the universe. He took the name Professor Yana and travelled from refugee ship to refugee ship, helping humans survive the collapse of reality.
Yana made his way to the ship that was the final stage of the Utopia project. For years he worked away on the system, but he could never get the footprint to harmonise. Then, out of the blue, the Doctor, Martha Jones and Captain Jack Harkness arrived on the planet and with their help, Yana and Chan'tho managed to get the rocket to launch. At the same time, Martha pointed out a fobwatch that Yana had been carrying around for as long as he could remember it. He opened it and The Master's identity was restored.
Stealing the Doctor's TARDIS, he travelled to the 21st Century, took the alias of Harold Saxon and went into politics. He launched the Arch-Angel network and used it to hypnotise all the citizens of the world. He rose to prominence just after the fall of Harriet Jones. Watching the Doctor and Martha, he slowly set things up, leaving clues for the Doctor, including sponsoring the experiments of Professor Lazarus and employing Martha's sister Trisha as his personal assistant.
Finally, a few days after he was elected as Prime Minister of Great Britain in a landslide victory, he set about introducing the "tocolophane" to the human race. He then sets about, destroying the human race, aging the Doctor and overall wrecking havoc for a whole year. In the end, The Doctor defeats him, Jack destroys the paradox machine and his wife, Lucy Saxon, shoots him. He dies in the Doctor's arms.
However his ring saved his soul from destruction. The Rani, another old friend, picked up his ring and knowing who's it was she used her TARDIS to rebuild his body. She didn't rebuild his body perfectly, making him slightly weaker, tire more easily and left the bullet hole as a scar and a weak point on his chest. Despising the woman, he left her, stranding himself in the 1970s. He has since lived through the 20th century, but he's heard that The Doctor is in.

The Master had been lying awake next to Romana, listening to the drumming. It never stopped, never missed a beat. Just constant drumming, the call to War. Since he was 8, summoning, choosing him, but for what? He had always wondered, but now with Gallifrey out of the sky, he thought he knew. The drums were there to make him build a new Gallifrey, rebuild the Time Lord, naturally with him as their king. His brown eyes fell on the sleeping figure of Romana, now was his chance, to destroy humanity and replace them with the Time Lords. It would be so good and maybe Romana would like him for who he actually was after he had achieved it. The Doctor wouldn't, he'd scream constantly about genocide, murder and all jazz.
Speaking of the Doctor, Koschei pondered how his old friend was doing at Torchwood. Maybe he should drop in, and explain in graphic detail everything he had done to his girlfriend. A twisted smile played at The Master's lips. Yes, that would be fun. Besides, he wasn't going to fall asleep tonight, so what did i trip to Torchwood 1 hurt? He carefully slid out of bed and strolled into the console room, donning his black satin dressing gown. The controls were comfortable under his hands as he set course for Canary Wharf, 51st Century. Once he saw the Time Rotor gently moving in rhythm, he ducked away to get dressed into a suit.
By the time The Master returned to the console room fiddling with his cuff links, Romana's TARDIS had safely landed not far away from the Torchwood 1 Tower. The cold London air hit his lungs harshly as he stepped out into the night. He practically skipped his way along to Torchwood 1 and entered the building with a air of authority. Flashing his psychic paper which gave him a full access security pass (humans were so dumb these days) he was quickly led to the medical section of the Tower and given free exploration.
With an invite like that, who could resist a peek around? Slipping onto an empty observation deck, The Master watched as scientists ran a few tests on a certain blonde woman, or thing whatever the case may be. A tiny bit of pity for the creature bubbled inside of him, but it was quickly squashed. No one needed pity or sympathy, life wasn't fair and you needed to get used to it.
So instead of ordering them to stop, he flopped lazily down into one of the chairs and frowned. No popcorn. What sort of observation deck was this? Shaking his head in disappointment, he reached across and grabbed the file that was on the desk and flick through it, eyebrows rising up his forehead. This girl wasn't an ordinary girl. 71st Century cat-girl. The literal cat-woman. Looking up from the file as she bucked wildly form the latest injection. He pulled his laser from his jacket and twirled it in his hand. The Doctor could wait, he'd found a more interesting subject.
