There is't as much in here as I would like. Realistically, I wanted to write more, but I've hit a block. If you need more to decide if he can be accepted, let me know.

Some people refer to his style as rugged or ‘Outback’, however, because of his birthplace.

Teagan is the type of person who seems like a regular “surfer boy” when you see him on the ocean, tan and dirty-blonde with mussed up hair and a goofy smile. But really, he’s an artist, and somewhat quiet. His quiet place is in the middle of the ocean, on his board, slightly rocking on the quiet waves with a camera in hand. Photography isn’t the only thing that soothes him, however, music is another thing that brings his artistic side out.
After his sister taught him guitar, Teagan came to love music, but in a different way than photography. Photography made him see the beauty in reality, whereas music brought out his dreamland qualities. Music gave him the freedom to express himself through chords or lyrics, rather than physical, visual representations or reality.
Teagan can be a bit indifferent to reality because of his engulfment in the creative state of mind, so when faced with problems of actual life he can either be standoffish or childish, depending on the situation. His demeanor towards reality is a block created by his own psyche to hide the troubles of adulthood. He secretly wishes to be young forever (who doesn’t?) and so acts like a child in various situations.
After moving to London for college, Teagan went from surfing (since there aren’t many warm oceans in England) to focusing on music. He gained a little “bad boy” edge, smoking and wearing clothes more along the punk rock line, but this phase of clothing came and went (the smoking, however, did not) but he still incorporates the music scene into his wardrobe.
Other than all of that, Teagan is shy, keeps to himself about most things, and all that jazz. He moves with the rhythm of the ocean (or, in Europe’s case, the rhythm of his feet as he walks), and changes with life as life goes. But he does all this with no caution, so h can get himself into trouble. He doesn’t look ahead of himself (or back, for that matter) but instead, he just sees where he is, and what he can do to make it more pleasing for himself. Always the artist, he looks] more than he sees, and feels more than he listens.

history ,
Since he was born on the coast, he and his family have grown up with the ocean. His father was born in England, but he moved to Australia when Marie was offered a job working with the coastal wildlife. All three of the Scott children were born in Mackay; Amber first, Teagan next, then Rylan. They grew up on surfing and swimming, as well as spending a lot of time in their mother’s marine center, working with the injured animals. Although, Teagan never really enjoyed this work; he preferred to slack off and surf.
The Scott family frequently visited Chris’s parents in London, as well as Marie’s family in Sydney.
Teagan received the scar on his face when he was 16, while surfing. It was an accident, really. What happened was a pod of dolphins was swimming past, his younger brother flipped out (he was on the back en of Teagan’s surfboard a the time) and the board flipped over, causing Teagan to fall off, knock his face against the board, and crash into the water. He didn’t leave the cut alone as it healed (because he’s an idiot) and went into the ocean more times than once, so it turned into a slight scar.
Amber, Teagan’s older sister, was his inspiration for most of his childhood. She took care of him when their parents weren’t home and, despite only being four years older, she became a mother figure in Teagan’s life. She was the one who taught him how to surf, and how to play the guitar. When they were in their later teens, they started a band together with some other friends, called Sydney Wanting, in which Teagan played the guitar and Amber the bass (so the student surpasses the master).
Amber moved to New Zealand to pursue a career not unlike their mother’s when she was 20, around the time Teagan received his scar. This left him to take care of his younger brother, since both parents still worked full-time. During the few years between Amber leaving and Teagan reaching 18, he learned responsibility. It was during this time that he also came to know his younger brother on a closer level, developing the kind of relationship he and his sister had shared.
Years later, after reaching adulthood, Teagan decided he would attend college. His father, English native that he was, insisted he attend University of East London, as he did, for business. Teagan did as he asked, moving to London and attending the college, but not for business as he father wished. Instead, he majored in graphic arts, for the purpose of furthering his designing and photographic career.
Teagan’s parents move back to London after Amber migrated north to work in a veterinarian clinic her husband set up in Ireland (a complete change in climate for the poor girl) and Rylan decided to open up a surf shack in Mackay rather than attend university.
Now, Teagan has migrated over the entirety of Europe, taking photographs of nature as it should be. He’s come to a stop in Cardiff, only God knows why, but he’s found it somewhat interesting. The people there always chatter about a group called Torchwood, who keep animals no one has ever seen before in their basements. Alien things. Of course, being naturally curious, Teagan is here to attempt to check it out, while documenting every step he can.

Jacquelyn looked at her watch, then at the counter. She had a few more hours until she needed to leave, in order to stay on track with her schedule. There were a few others in the café, but none she new. There were a lot of first years posed at the counter, staring at the sweets before them with dinner plates for eyes. Jack smiled, remembering the first time she had been to Diagon Alley, let alone Madame Floutil’s. She had ordered a bit of lemon cake, and the witch at the counter had given it to her for free, because she had answered a question about the café correctly.
The witch’s face had been priceless too; she had been so surprised that someone knew the answer. Jack couldn’t remember the question anymore, but she could remember every detail of the old witch’s face. How her eyebrows had curved upwards, almost into the cap she was wearing (frilly old thing, it was), and how her jaw had hung slightly. If Jacquelyn could remember correctly, and she usually could, she had used a few words the cashier hadn’t understood, and her mother had to usher her out of the store.
God, she had been such a bitch her first year.
But, as Jack liked to believe, she had gotten better in the six years since then. Now, here she was, in the same place, about to order the same dessert. This time, however, she was going to pay. She ordered, a smile playing on her face as the young wizard took her cake from the refrigerated shelf. She pushed her wavy hair behind her ear, gazing slightly at the other desserts. She was tempted to order another cake, and give it to a first year, but there were so many of them that she didn’t want to spoil one. Plus, she didn’t have much extra spending money. She still needed to buy some more books before she left, for reading material on the train.
She paid the cashier with another smile and a ‘thank you’ before walking back to the front of the shop. She sat in a chair outside, munching on her small square of lemon cake before her bum even touched the metal of the seat. It was slightly chilly, the morning air was turning afternoon, but the wind was picking up. She pulled her canvas bag to her lap, leaning forward over her napkin to avoid spilling crumbs on herself. After avoiding certain disaster by lemon crumbs, she pulled a book out of her bag: “An Appraisal of Magical Education in Europe”. She flipped the book open to her bookmark (complete with a lovely picture of an adorable kitten on it) and continued reading from her last point, taking notes in her head.
She could never stand doing what the people in her book did. Honestly, teaching for a living? Jack couldn’t even handle tutoring. She had problems with repeating herself, and that’s what tutoring truly meant for most of the students at Hogwarts. She sighed and closed her book, popping the last amount of cake into her mouth. Brushing her hands on her stomach to rid her clothes of any crumbs she might have spilled, she put her book back into her bag and stood, sighing. She had to start gathering her things from the other shops, and buy her last few books. The Express was going to leave from the station in a few hours, and, according to Jacquelyn philosophy:
If you were early, you were on time. If you were on time, you were late. And if you were late, you were left behind.
